Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of software services, which include dedicated resource allocation, immediate access to proprietary code, and pre-sales trials, all sales and payments made to Iserix Softwares are generally **non-refundable**. This policy outlines the specific terms for each service model.

1. Subscription-Based Software (SaaS)

This section applies to ready-made software products like Gym, Clinic, and Medical Inventory systems offered on a recurring monthly or yearly subscription basis.

• **Free Trial Period:** We provide a **free trial period of 2 days** for all subscription software. This allows the customer sufficient time to test and evaluate the features before making a commitment.
• **Non-Refundable Policy:** Once the free trial has expired and the customer initiates a subscription payment, the fee for that subscription period (monthly or yearly) is **strictly non-refundable** under any circumstances.
• **Cancellation:** The customer can cancel their subscription renewal at any time. The cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle, and access will continue until the end of the current paid term.

2. Custom (Bespoke) Software Development Projects

This section applies to projects requiring custom development, as detailed in a Statement of Work (SOW).

2.1. Advance Payment (30%)

• **Purpose:** A **mandatory advance payment of 30%** of the total estimated project cost is required to initiate work. This payment is essential to secure resources, cover initial analysis, and begin the dedicated development process.
• **Non-Refundable:** The 30% advance payment is **strictly non-refundable**. Since our development team begins allocating resources and working on your unique requirements immediately, this payment cannot be returned under any cancellation scenario.
• **Cancellation by Client:** If the client cancels the project at any stage after development begins, the 30% advance payment will be forfeited, and the client will be liable to pay for all work completed beyond that point, based on agreed-upon milestones.

2.2. Final Payment (70%) and Delivery

• **Final Payment:** The remaining **70% payment** is due upon **completion and delivery** of the custom software.
• **No Refund Post-Delivery:** Once the software is delivered, deployed on the server, or the final payment (70%) is made, **no refund will be issued under any circumstances**. The software is custom-built for the client, making it impossible to resell.

3. Business Partner Registration Fees

This section applies to the one-time registration payment made by partners to join the Iserix Reseller Program.

• **Demo Software Purchase:** Partners must purchase either a single demo package (e.g., **₹499**) or the all-software demo package (**₹999**). This fee covers access to the demo software and the dedicated Partner Business Portal.
• **Non-Refundable:** This registration fee is **one-time and entirely non-refundable**. The payment grants immediate, permanent access to the partner portal and demo software, which constitute the full value provided.

4. Contact Us and Policy Acceptance

By making any payment (subscription, custom project advance, or partner fee) to Iserix Softwares, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this strict **Non-Refundable Policy**.
