We are dedicated to protecting our valuable intellectual property assets, and this notice serves to prevent any unauthorized use of our proprietary materials.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

iSerix Softwares is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the following intellectual property assets. These assets are protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• Trademarks: The name "iSerix Softwares" and the company logo ("iserix.png") are the registered or unregistered trademarks and/or service marks of iSerix Softwares. Any use of these marks, including in a manner that is likely to cause confusion about the source of goods or services, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
• Copyright: All content created and published on the www.iserix.com website is the copyrighted property of iSerix Softwares. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • All text, articles, and written descriptions.
  • Graphics, images, and photographs.
  • The overall website design, layout, "look and feel".
  • The underlying HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other source code.

3. Prohibited Uses

Without our express prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our copyrighted content or trademarks. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action.

4. Reporting Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyright or other intellectual property rights have been infringed by our website content, please provide our designated IP Agent with a written notice containing the following information:
