Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Preamble
At iSerix Softwares, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom software solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Our services involve significant allocation of resources, time, and dedicated expertise. This policy outlines our terms regarding project cancellation and refunds. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms laid out in this policy.
2. Advance Payment
All our projects require a mandatory advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total estimated project cost. This advance is strictly non-refundable. This payment is essential for us to:
- Secure the necessary resources for your project.
- Cover the initial costs of project analysis, planning, and setup.
- Formally book a slot in our development schedule.
The project will not commence until the advance payment has been received and cleared.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. However, as we dedicate resources from the moment a project is confirmed, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation by Client: If the Client decides to cancel the project at any stage, the advance payment will be forfeited. Furthermore, the Client will be liable to pay for all work that has been completed up to the date of cancellation, based on the project milestones. Any payments made for completed milestones are also non-refundable.
- Cancellation by iSerix Softwares: In the unlikely event that we are unable to continue a project, we will provide a written notification to the Client. In such a case, a partial refund will be issued for any work that has not been completed, calculated on a pro-rata basis. The non-refundable advance payment will not be part of this calculation.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services and the significant resources invested in each project, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy.
- No Refund After Development Start: Once the project development has commenced, no refunds will be issued for the advance payment or any milestone payments made.
- No Refund After Delivery: Once the software has been developed, delivered to the client, or deployed on a server, no refund request will be entertained under any circumstances. This is because the software is custom-built for the client's specific needs and has no resale value.
- Client Approval is Final: During the project, we will submit work for your review and approval at various milestones. By approving a milestone or the final product (during User Acceptance Testing - UAT), the Client accepts the work as complete and satisfactory for that stage, waiving any right to a refund for that work.
5. Policy Acceptance
By engaging iSerix Softwares for any project and making the advance payment, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy. This policy is an integral part of our overall Terms and Conditions.
